2. Information we process

  • Names, roles, business contact details, and account identifiers of customer administrators and users.
  • Data, authorization credentials, and settings received from connected services within the scope authorized by the customer.
  • Email bodies, headers, recipients, attachments, events, and logs processed through a Service.
  • Billing and contract information, usage, support requests, IP addresses, security logs, and error logs.

3. Purposes and roles

We use information to contract and bill with customers, provide, authenticate, secure, maintain, support, and improve the Services, prevent abuse, comply with law, and analyze aggregated service usage.

For information about a customer's contacts, email recipients, and other individuals that a customer sends to us through a Service, we generally act as a processor on that customer's documented instructions. We do not use that content for advertising, profiling, AI training, or another independent purpose.

4. Service providers and international processing

We engage providers of cloud infrastructure, key management, payments, email delivery, webhook routing, monitoring, and support where necessary to provide the Services. Those providers may process data outside Japan. We use reasonable vendor selection, contractual, and access-control measures to prevent use outside the contracted purpose.

Each app page publishes an App-Specific Data Processing Notice describing its providers, data categories, retention period, and deletion process.

5. Security

We use risk-appropriate safeguards including least-privilege access, encryption of credentials, access controls, signature verification, short retention, deletion procedures, monitoring, and vendor management.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain information only for the period needed for the stated purpose and for legally required records. App-specific notices or customer agreements explain deletion timing and any billing or audit records retained after service data is deleted.

7. Customer responsibilities and requests

Customers represent that they have authority to send connected-service data to us and have provided notices, obtained consent, or otherwise met applicable requirements. Individuals should first direct requests about customer-controlled data to that customer. We will reasonably assist our customers as required by law and contract. Requests about data we control may be sent to the contact above.

8. Changes

We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Minor changes take effect when posted on this page.
